Served as ace of pitching staff in first season, earning second-team All-ACC honors after dominant first campaign…Finished 7-3 with 2.28 ERA…Topped rotation in almost every statistical category, including wins (seven), starts (15), ERA (2.28), innings pitched (87.0) and fewest earned runs allowed (22)…Did not miss start in ACC play, finishing with 6-2 record and eye-popping 1.63 ERA across 10 ACC starts…Totaled 60.2 innings and allowed just 11 earned runs against conference competition…Held ACC opponents to .172 batting average…At conclusion of regular season, had second-lowest ERA of any pitcher in conference (2.20) and second-lowest in ACC play (1.63)…Allowed two earned runs or fewer in 13 of 15 starts…Went at least 5.0 innings in 14 of 16 starts…Picked up win in Miami debut, tossing 5.2 innings with five strikeouts in victory over Rutgers (Feb. 18)…Charged with loss despite allowing just two runs in 6.0 innings at Florida (Feb. 25)…Struck out six batters in 6.0 innings against Georgia Tech (March 11)…Struck out career-best 10 batters in 7.0 shutout innings in win over Wake Forest (April 1)…Did not allow any runs in stretch of three starts from April 1-14…Tossed 5.0 shutout innings in win over Duke (April 9) and 5.0 shutout in back end of doubleheader at Pittsburgh (April 14)…Went 8.0 shutout innings with six strikeouts to earn win over Boston College…Tossed first complete game by Hurricane hurler since 2015 with nine innings in Game 1 of doubleheader at Virginia (May 13)…Struck out six Cavaliers and allowed just three hits…Went 7.0 innings and allowed just one run in win over Virginia Tech (May 19)…Tossed 5.0 innings and allowed two earned runs but exited with no-decision in eventual win over Wake Forest at 2017 ACC Championship in Louisville, Ky.

Helped lead Cisco College to Junior College World Series in 2016…Finished only season with Wranglers with 12-1 record…Pitched at Wichita State in 2015 and finished 3-4 in 12 starts…Recorded 4.45 ERA in 58.2 innings with Shockers.
