2010 (True Freshman, Memphis): Enrolled early at Memphis in January 2010, and worked out with team during spring season … Was named Offensive MVP of Blue-Gray game after completing 15-of-17 pass attempts for 186 yards and three touchdowns … Astrue freshman in 2010, played in all 12 games, starting 10 and completed 165-of-290 passes for 2,075 yards and 13 touchdowns … Earned starting job over former Hurricane Cannon Smith after only second game of collegiate career, and went on to start remaining 10 contests.
