Before Miami: Spent previous five seasons (2019-2023) at Middle Tennessee State…Finished Blue Raiders career with 61 total tackles, 19 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks…Added one interception and two forced fumbles…Had breakout 2022 season, finishing with 22 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks…Finished with 22 tackles, six tackles for loss and one sack in final season…Earned Honorable Mention All-C-USA after junior season…Selected to Lombardi Award watch list prior to final campaign with Blue Raiders.

High School: Earned all-state and all-county honors at Water Valley High School…Collected 42 tackles and 3.5 sacks in 2018 for Water Valley…Helped lead team to 3A State Championship in 2018… Played in 2018 Barnard Blackwell North/South All-Star Game…Was 2018 and 2019 state powerlifting champion…Won 3A state meet at 275 pounds, squatting 675 pounds, bench-pressing 390 pounds and dead-lifting 625 pounds.
