Joshua Upshaw

AS A FRESHMAN (2005): Placed ninth in the pole vault with a mark of 3.97 meters (13-00.25) at the South Florida Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in the pole vault for St. Augustine High School all four years…set career best as a senior with a height of 13’6…was a Union Tribune honor student junior and senior year…also competed on the football team and surf team…was the team captain for the surf team and won the conference championship senior year…coached by Jerry Downey.

PERSONAL: Majoring in architecture…enjoys surfing and snowboarding in his spare time.
