2006 (SOPHOMORE): Reserve defensive tackle who played in nine games… Finished with five tackles, two tackles for loss, one sack, one QB pressure and one pass breakup…Served as the team’s fourth defensive tackle most of the season…Had limited action against Louisville, North Carolina, Duke, Virginia Tech, Maryland…Played as a reserve defensive tackle against Florida A&M, making a tackle for a safety in a 51-10 victory. Also had an assisted tackle…Played as a backup defensive tackle vs. FIU, making one sack and one assisted tackle…Played half the game at Virginia, and served as the main backup vs. Boston College.
2005 (FRESHMAN): Played as a backup defensive tackle…Worked into the rotation and saw action in five games before being injured and missing the final six games…Finished the season with six tackles (two solo) and one pass breakup…Played in his first game as a Hurricane at Clemson, seeing action as a reserve defensive tackle on seven plays (no tackles)…Played as a reserve on seven plays vs. Colorado, making one solo tackle…Saw significant time as a reserve vs. South Florida, making one assisted tackle and one pass breakup…Saw considerable playing time as a backup a week later vs. Duke, tallying three tackles …Suffered a dislocated right elbow in the second half and left the game after making one assisted tackle.
