2017 (Senior): Started first 11 games before suffering season-ending injury in regular season finale against Pittsburgh (Nov. 24) …Posted career marks in final season…Selected to All-ACC Second Team…Mackey Award semifinalist as nation’s top tight end…Ranked second on team in receptions (40), receiving yards (477) and receiving touchdowns (four) despite missing final two games of season…Started season opener against Bethune-Cookman (Sept. 2) and had one 10-yard reception…Had  eight receptions for 65 receiving yards and one touchdown in start vs. Toledo (Sept. 23)…Had one reception in start at Duke (Sept. 29)…Finished with 55 yards on three receptions, including long catch of 37 yards, in start at Florida State (Oct. 7)…Started and caught five passes totaling 41 yards in win over Georgia Tech (Oct. 14)…Started and posted career-high marks in both receptions (10) and yards (96) with one touchdown in win over Syracuse (Oct. 21)…10 receptions were two shy of Miami’s single-game mark (12)…Caught three passes for 41 yards at Pittsburgh (Nov. 24).
