AS A JUNIOR (2006):Has the seventh best mark in the long jump (6.43m) and second best mark in the triple jump (13.90m – wind aided) in the NCAA this outdoor season…placed sixth in the long jump at the NCAA East Regional (6.32m)…earned All-ACC honors in the triple jump finishing in second place (13.01m)… won Texas Relays in the long jump (6.43m)…earned All-American honors in the triple jump (13.33m) and the long jump (6.36m) finishing 4th and seventh respectively at the NCAA Indoor Championship meet…earned All-ACC honors in the triple jump (13.29) with a third place showing at the ACC Indoor Championships… won the long jump at the Gator Invitational and the Florida Fast Times meet during the indoor season.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2005): Earned All-America honors in the long jump during the indoor season placing ninth (6.18m) at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships…placed fourth in both the long jump (6.11m) and triple jump (12.71m) at the ACC Indoor Championships…won both the long jump (6.11m) and triple jump (13.04m) at the Leonard Hilton Memorial (1/21/05)…her winning mark in the triple jump was an indoor personal best…won the long jump at the Gator Invitational (2/6/05) with an indoor personal best mark of 6.27m…qualified for the NCAA East Regional in both the long jump and triple jump…won long jump titles at the Hurricane Invitational (6.15m) and Miami Gatorade Invitational (6.13m) during the outdoor season…recorded a personal best and the team’s top mark in the long jump this season (6.30m) at Texas Relays (4/8/05)…placed fifth in the long jump (6.19m) at the NCAA East Regional.

AS A FRESHMAN (2004): Earned All-American honors in the long jump with a ninth place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships (6.04m)…also earned All-America honors in the triple jump with a 10th-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (13.00m)…finished second in the long jump at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships (6.17m)…set a season-best mark of 6.25m in a third place finish at the Gator Invitational…finished third in the triple jump at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships (12.59m)…finished third in the triple jump at the Leonard Hilton Memorial posting a season-best indoor mark of 12.73m…finished first in the college triple jump at the Penn Relays (12.72m) and third at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships (12.84m)…set a season best mark of 13.18m in a fourth-place finish at the NCAA East Regional Championship…finished second in the long jump at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships with a wind-aided mark of 6.29m.

HIGH SCHOOL: Team MVP as a senior… team captain as a junior and senior… District 19-5A champion in the triple jump (40-02.00) and was runner-up in long jump (20-00.00) at the State 5A Championship as a senior… as a junior took fourth in the long jump and eighth in the triple jump at the State Championships… also played volleyball and basketball… team and district MVP in volleyball as an outside hitter… national scholar athlete and honor society member.

PERSONAL: Full name is Tolu Brenda Faluade… born October 27, 1984… daughter of Margaret and Gbolahan Faluade… has four siblings, Paulina (28), Loretta (21), Samuel (16), and David (15)… Biology major… enjoys drawing, singing, painting, and weaving hair in her free time.
