2010 Indoor: Had the team’s best 400m time of the season at the ACC Championships with a sixth-place time in the finals at 48.11 seconds… Ran the first leg of the 4×400 relay that had a season-best time of 3:13.25 at the ACC Championships, finishing fifth.

2009 Outdoor: Season-best time in the 400-meter dash came at the Miami Elite Invitational (4/11) at 48.43 seconds… Member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a team season-best time of 3:12.13 at the ACC Championships (4/18), placing sixth.

2009 Indoor:Sprinted to a season-best time of 7.09 seconds in the 60-meter dash in the preliminary round of the ACC Championships… A member of the 4×400 relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:16.91 at the Texas A&M Invitational.

High School: As a senior in 2008, led team to state relay titles in the 4×800 and 4×400 relays… 2007 state 3A 800m and 4×400 relay champion… Holds personal bests of 48.46 for the 400m and 1:54.18 for the 800m.
