CAREER: Walk-on player who is competing for the starting job at fullback this season…Switched from the defensive line to fullback in spring practice…Attended Connecticut in 2003 and participated in two-a-day practices…Played defensive end in 2004 at the United States Merchant Marine Academy…Business management major.

2005 (SOPHOMORE): Did not play in any games but practiced as a member of the scout team.

HIGH SCHOOL: The Bolles School…Played all four years, three on varsity…As a junior was second on the team in tackles with 88 and had five sacks and led the team in fumble recoveries with six…As a senior playing defensive end, led his team with 10.5 sacks and was third on the team with 90 tackles …Also had five fumble recoveries and helped lead his team to the Class 2A state championship…Selected All-City and second-team All-State as a senior…Was the state runnerup in weightlifting in the 219 weight class as a senior…Has a younger brother, Keith, a junior who plays linebacker for Navy, and another brother, Dean, who is a freshman linebacker at Army…Oldest brother, Thomas, is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy…Coached by Corky Rogers.
