CAREER: Former non-scholarship player who earned a scholarshipafter an excellent spring practice in 2003…moved from receiver tocornerback during the 2003 season…will have the chance to garnersignificant playing time as a nickel or dime back this season…a tracksprinter who has shown drastic development on the field the lastthree seasons…has competed in track for the Hurricanes for threeseasons, winning the BIG EAST Conference title in the indoor 60-meter dash in 2004…criminology major.

2003 (JUNIOR): Played in 11 games as a reserve cornerbackand on special teams…intercepted a pass in the win over Rutgersat the Orange Bowl, the first interception of his UM career.

HIGH SCHOOL: Southridge…excelled as a defensive back, interceptingfive passes and making 30 tackles (13 solos) as a sen-ior…coached by Mark Guandola.
