AS A SENIOR (2006): Has won four of five 400-meter hurdle events this season…has the eighth best time in the world this season in the 400-meter hurdles (55.27)…currently ranked 28th in the world on the 400-meter hurdles by the IAAF…has the fastest time in the East Region and the second fastest in the NCAA this season…captured the 400-meter hurdle title at the Penn Relays (55.60)…ran anchor leg of the 4×400-meter relay that finished first at Penn Relays with a school and ACC Record time of 3:27.85…member of the Sprint Medley Relay that set a UM record at Penn Relays (3:46.34)…won the 400-meter hurdles (56.49) at the ACC Outdoor Championships and earned All-ACC honors in the 100-meter hurdles (13.37) finishing third…earned ACC Performer of the Week honors on April 10…finished second in the 400-hurdles at the Texas Relays with a time of 55.27 breaking the all-time ACC record…member of the 4×400 meter relay that won the Texas Relays…earned All-America honors in the 400-meters and the 4×400-meter relay in the NCAA Indoor Track Championships placing second in the 400-meter (52.17) breaking the school record, and running on the school record breaking 4×400 meter relay that finished 4th… earned all-ACC honors in the 200 meter (23.70) finishing third in the event.

AS A JUNIOR (2005): Earned All-America honors in the 60-meter hurdles and 4×400-meter relay at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (8.14) and running the second leg of the relay which placed sixth…earned All-American honors during the outdoor season in the 400-meter hurdles, 4×100-meter relay and 4×400-meter relay…placed sixth in the 400-hurdles (55.60) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships…ACC Indoor 200-meter champion (24.07)…member of the ACC Indoor Champion 4×400-meter relay…won the ACC Outdoor title in the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 56.04 seconds…won the NCAA East Regional title in the 400-meter hurdles in a school-record and all-time ACC record of 55.51 seconds…time ranks third in the nation…ran opening leg of the 4×100-meter relay that placed second at the NCAA East Regional…has been a member of four school-record setting relays this season including the indoor 4×400-meter relay, and outdoor 4×100-meter, 4×200-meter and 4×400-meter relays…reached the semifinals of the 400-hurdles at the 2005 United States Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Carson, CA…was the only collegiate athlete to qualify for the semifinals…ranks 38th in the IAAF World Rankings in the 400-meter hurdles (as of July 5, 2005).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2004); Earned All-America honors in two events at the 2004 NCAA Outdoor Championships by finishing fifth in the 400-meter hurdles (57.03) and running the third leg of the 4×100-meter relay (47.31) which placed third…BIG EAST Indoor Champion in the 60-meter hurdles in a time of 8.39 seconds and finished second in the 200-meters with a 23.79…each time was a career-best…set a career-best time of 7.92 seconds in the 55-meter hurdles at the Gator Invitational…member of NCAA East Regional Champion 4×100-meter relay team (43.87)…finished second in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA East Regionals with a school-record time of 56.59…BIG EAST Outdoor Champion in the 400-meter hurdles (57.84) and was member of the Conference Champion 4×100-meter relay team (44.67)…finished fifth in the 100-meter hurdles at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships (13.98)…member of the 4×200-meter relay team that finished second at the Texas Relays in a school-record time of 1:33.45…set a career-best time of 23.84 in the 200-meters at the Reebok Invitational…reached the semifinals of the 400-meter hurdles at the USA Olympic Track and Field trials in Sacramento, California…selected to represent the United States at the 2004 NACAC-TELUS Track and Field Championships in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.

AS A FRESHMAN (2003): Earned All-America honors as a member of the indoor and outdoor 4×400-meter relays and the 4×100-meter relay… competed in the 55-meter hurdles, 60-meter hurdles, 200-meters, 4×400-meter relay, and 4×440-yard relay during the indoor season… finished third in the 200-meters at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships with a time of 24.10… finished fifth in the 60-meter hurdles at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships with a time of 8.61… ran the first leg of the 4×400-meter relay that finished fifth at the NCAA Indoor Championships…competed in the 100-meter hurdles, 200-meters, 400-meters, 4×100-meter relay, 4×400-meter relay, sprint medley relay, shuttle hurdle relay during the outdoor season… qualified for the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships in the 200-meters 100 meter hurdles… ran the third leg of the 4×100-meter relay that finished second in the NCAA East Regional (44.06) and seventh at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (44.01)… was a member of the 4×100-meter relay team that set a Miami record with a time of 43.96 at the Florida Relays, which they later matched at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… ran anchor leg on the 4×400-meter relay team that placed fourth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:32.86… ran second leg of the 4×400-meter relay team that won the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:33.38… ran anchor leg of the 4×400-meter relay team that placed third in the NCAA East Regional.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2002 All-American… won State Championships in the 100-hurdles and 200-meters as a senior leading team to a second-place finish… Pennsylvania District record holder for most Gold Medals (15)…set state records in both the 100-hurdles (13.80) and 200-meters (23.80)… is the state record holder in the indoor 200-meters…finished second in the 100-hurdles (13.98) at the Adidas High School Championships, and placed fifth in the 100-hurdles (13.64) at the 2002 Junior National Championships… finished first in the 100-hurdles (13.90) at the 2002 USATF Youth Athletic Championships and third in the 200-meters (24.03) at the 2002 USA National Junior Olympic Championships…finished first in the 200-meters (23.97) and 100-meter hurdles (14.51) at the 2001 National AAU Junior Olympics in Norfolk, VA… qualified for the finals of the 400-meters at the 2001 USA Junior National Championships where she finished sixth with a time of 54.79…won state indoor titles in the 200-meters (24.15) and 400-meters (54.16) establishing state records in both events as a junior… her 400-meter time ranked as the third fastest in the nation, while her 200-meter time ranked sixth… won the 100-meter hurdles (14.53) while finishing second in the 200-meters (24.97) and third in the 400-meters (56.21) at the State outdoor championships her junior season… as a freshman she was state champion in the 400-meters, and was a member of the state champion 4×400-meter relay her sophomore season… served as class president as a junior and senior, president of the student council for three years, and was an honor roll student all four years.
