Served the first part of the spring in three-seat before moving to stroke … Began her UM career as part of the Varsity Eight in a tri-race against Rochester and Dowling … Rowed three-seat for the V8+ in a tri-race with Rochester and Dowling, rowing to a winning mark of 6:52.06 … Rowed three-seat in her next race against Connecticut … The V8+ crew registered a winning time of 6:50.10 in the race … Rowed with the V8+ crew at the ACC Championships as she served stroke for the `Canes, finishing ahead of Boston College with a time of 7:00.01 … Rowed stroke for the Varsity Eight in the Windermere Cup/Opening Day Regatta hosted by the University of Washington, with the crew finishing second overall with a win over the Brazilian National Team … Served stroke in the V8+ as part of the Jessop-Whittier Cup at the San Diego Crew Classic … Again rowed stroke for UM in the finals the following day, claiming a fourth place finish in the race with a win over UC Davis.

Personal
Says she chose the University of Miami because of Coach Tenenbaum, and she couldn’t refuse … First thoughts of UM were the people were very friendly and the city was amazing … Won the Best Athlete of the Year in Florence in 2005 … Her mother was a French Champion in squash and wind surfing … Father plays rugby.

Lists Fiona May as her favorite athlete … Spent the entire summer training with her sister for the World Championships, as well as spending a week in Costa Azzurra … Says her favorite rowing memory is winning her first World Championship in 2005 … Wants to try her best at UM on and off the water, graduating as soon as possible.
