10 Hurricanes Earn All-ACC Academic Honors

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – 10 members of the Miami Hurricanes swimming & diving team were recognized with Atlantic Coast Conference All-Academic honors, the conference office announced Wednesday.

Swimmers Jemma Burns (business analytics), Carly Lahr (health science), Ashlyn Massey (psychology), Evenlyn Meggesto (public health), Jory Richardson (biology), Sarah Sensenbrenner (biology), Kate Sommerstad (communication / public relations), Hana Spaulding (biology) and Leah Treglia (sport administration), along with diver Jake Passmore (sport administration), were all honored by the ACC.

A total of 317 student-athletes across the league were selected to the 2025-26 Swimming & Diving All-ACC Academic Team. There were 138 selections for the men and 179 student-athletes on the women’s side.

Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team include a 3.0-grade point average for the previous two semesters, a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career, has to have been enrolled at the institution for at least one year and the student must be classified as an undergraduate student.

In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s athletic contests.
