“We are very excited to have Nijel back in a Miami uniform,” head coach Jim Larrañaga said. “He is one of the top guards in the country and has been an instrumental part of our program over the last two seasons. We are looking forward to having his leadership and experience on the team for another year and know he will help bring the program to new heights.”

In his first season at Miami, the Indianapolis, Ind., native was an instrumental part of the Hurricanes’ Final Four run in 2022-23. Pack was named the NCAA Tournament Midwest Region Most Outstanding Player after scoring 18.5 points per game on 51 percent shooting, 44.8 percent from 3-point range, in the first four games of the tournament.
