Running It Back

“There have been a lot of great quarterbacks to play for this university and play for this team. To even be in the same category, playing quarterback at The U with those guys, it’s a big honor and I don’t take it lightly. I know it comes with a lot of pressure, but I’m ready for everything.

“Miami is such a great school. I didn’t think I could pass up the opportunity to come and play one more year. The NFL will always be there, but my opportunity to play for the Miami Hurricanes is going by fast, and I want to take full advantage of it. I’m super excited to come back with the guys in 2021.

“It means so much…hopefully next year, everything will be cleared up. I think we have some of the greatest fans in the country that really support us. I’m excited to go out there and run out of the smoke again, hopefully in a full Hard Rock Stadium, in 2021.”
