CORAL GABLES, Fla. The University of Miami women’s tennis team jumped four spots in the latest ITA national rankings, placing No. 28 on the list, as announced Thursday.

Over the course of the last three rankings, the Hurricanes have ascended 17 spots, since being ranked No. 45 on April 11. The No. 28 position is the highest for Miami (12-11, 8-6 ACC) since checking in at No. 27 on March 7.

Additionally, Lohan partners with redshirt senior Maci Epstein in the No. 74 spot on the ITA’s doubles list.

Miami, seeded No. 17-32, opens NCAA Team Championship play May 13 at 10 a.m., when it faces USF, seeded No. 33-48, in Gainesville, Fla.
