Raiders Draft Feliciano in the Fourth Round

CHICAGO – Miami Hurricanes offensive lineman Jon Feliciano was selected with the 128th overall draft pick by the Oakland Raiders Saturday afternoon in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

Feliciano is the second Miami offensive lineman to be selected in this year’s NFL Draft. He is the sixth Hurricane to be selected in this year’s NFL Draft.

On Friday, the San Diego Chargers drafted linebacker Denzel Perryman with the 48th overall pick in the second round. Tight end Clive Walford followed in the third round after the Oakland Raiders selected him with the 68th overall pick. Running back Duke Johnson was selected nine picks later by the Cleveland Browns with the 77th overall pick.

On day one of the NFL Draft, Miami offensive lineman Ereck Flowers was selected with the ninth overall pick by the New York Giants. Miami wide receiver Phillip Dorsett followed later in the first round as he was selected with the 29th overall pick.

Feliciano was the most versatile offensive lineman in 2014 as he saw time at every position on the line, excluding center.

During his senior campaign, Feliciano helped the Hurricanes’ average over 425 yards of offense per game and would go on to earn All-ACC Honorable Mention by the ACSMA and the league’s coaches. This past January, Feliciano made an appearance in the East-West Shrine Game.
