MTennis Opens Registration for Summer Camp
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – This summer, Miami Hurricanes men’s tennis head coach Mario Rincon and his staff will be hosting the Wilson Collegiate Tennis Camp at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center.
Campers will be learning the latest tennis techniques, tactics and strategies through on-court instruction. Participation is competitive and drills will be used to develop skills necessary for singles and doubles matches. Rincon and his staff will focus on the fundamentals of all the major strokes and will enhance campers’ abilities through repetition, ball-feeding, live-ball and competitive match play.
Small groups will be utilized to ensure each camper receives individual attention.
Daily tennis time during the camp will be five to six hours. Campers will have the opportunity to take swimming breaks in the pool to break up time on the court and cool down.
All campers will receive a t-shirt, water bottle and other various prizes. Included in the camp is a demo program in which all participants will be able to test the latest Wilson rackets.
There are four sessions open for registration. Full-day and half-day options are available.
