Kickoff Time Announced for Nebraska Game

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes’ Sept. 20 road game at Nebraska has been selected for an 8 p.m. ET kickoff on either ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.

It will be the first regular-season meeting between the schools since the Hurricanes visited Lincoln in 1976. The overall series is tied at 5-5. The teams have met five times in bowl games between the 1983 and 2001 seasons, with the winner of those contests capturing the national championship four times.

Miami, who finished 9-4 and earned a berth in the Russell Athletic Bowl last season, will open the 2014 campaign on the road against the ACC’s newest member Louisville on Sept. 1 at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Only Hurricane Club members can request away-game tickets. To join the Hurricane Club today, visit www.umbuildingchampions.com. For more information, call the Hurricane Club at 305-284-6699.
