CORAL GABLES, Fla. — After winning all four matches at the Hurricane Invitational to start the season, the University of Miami volleyball team will travel to the home state of senior setter Nrithya Sundararaman to take part in the Redbird Classic on the campus of Illinois State this weekend. I committed to Miami over other schools because not only does it have a great athletic program, it is strong academically as well and that was a huge deciding factor for me.
To me, Miami volleyball is strength, competitiveness and family.
The best part of being on the team is Christmas! (When we get all our gear for the year)
If I had to describe the team in one word it would be fun-loving.
