Scott Covington threw for 161 yards and three touchdowns and Najeh Davenport rushed for 92 yards and a score on eight carries as Miami beat Cincinnati, 38-12. Two of Covington’s scoring passes went to Santana Moss as Miami amassed 419 yards and scored on five of its first nine possessions. Covington staked the Hurricanes to a 7-0 lead when he found Reggie Wayne with a four-yard score.
