CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Prior to the women’s basketball overtime victory over No. 25 Georgia Tech, the University of Miami hosted a free sports clinic for children on Sunday in honor of National Girls and Women in Sports Day.
Student-athletes from women’s golf, rowing, swimming and diving, track and field, cross country, volleyball, cheerleading and dance taught participants a variety of skills from their respective sports.
The clinic took place at the Fieldhouse at the BankUnited Center on the UM campus.
