Speaker Series Event with Randy Shannon Set for Nov. 1

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami’s Hurricane Club will host the second “It’s All About the `U’ Speaker Series” event featuring head coach Randy Shannon at the RACKS Downtown Eatery + Tavern on Monday, Nov. 1.

The event, which will run from 12-1 p.m., will include commentary on Miami football and is designed to be a fast-paced program that provides fans with exclusive access to coach Shannon.

Tickets for the event – which is open to 100 guests – are $30 for Hurricane Club members and $35 for non-members. All reservations must be made in advance by calling the Hurricane Club at 305-284-6699.

RACKS Downtown Eatery + Tavern is located at 402 Plaza Real in Boca Raton’s Mizner Park.

The event is the second of its kind in the series this fall. The first was held Timpano’s Chophouse in Fort Lauderdale on Sept. 7.

All proceeds from both events will go towards the University of Miami Student-Athlete Scholarship Fund.
