Miami-Stetson Men's Tennis Match Cancelled

CORAL GABLES, FLA… Saturday’s men’s tennis match between No. 21 University of Miami and Stetson has been cancelled due to continuing rain.

The Hurricanes (1-0) and Hatters (0-0) will attempt to reschedule the match, however a date has not been set.

Miami returns to competition next weekend, traveling to Athens, Ga., to participate in the ITA Kick-Off Weekend. The second-seeded Hurricanes will face third-seeded North Carolina in non-conference competition in the opening round of the event on Sun., Jan. 31, and then face top-seeded host Georgia or fourth-seeded Northwestern in second-round play on Mon., Feb. 1.

The winners of each of the 15 regions advance to the National Team Indoor Championships to be held in Charlottesville, Va., from Feb. 12-15.
