Miami Conclude Their Final Day of Competition at the Ohio State Invitational

Columbus, Ohio – The University of Miami diving team finished their last day of competition at the Ohio State Invitational, as they placed ninth in women’s and tenth in men’s.

Today, the men’s and women’s team participated in platform diving competition.

Senior Heather Bounds finished second in the finals of the women’s platform diving, with a score of 281.80.

In the finals of the men’s platform diving, freshman Ruben Ross finished sixth place with a score of 309.65.

The Hurricanes will be back in action for the 2007 season, as they head to Houston, Texas to take on Rice. Competition will take place January 19 at 5 p.m.
