D'Agord Falls in Quarterfinals of All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. – Junior Luigi D’Agord of the University of Miami men’s tennis team fell to Matt Bruch of Standford Saturday in the quarterfinal round of the 2005 Polo Ralph Lauren All-American Championships held at the University of Tulsa.

D’Agord dropped two sets, 7-5, 6-2, to Bruch to end his three-round run at the national tournament.

The Polo Ralph Lauren All-American Tennis Championships offer the first national singles and doubles titles of the 2005-06 collegiate tennis season, and are followed by the ITA National Intercollegiate Indoor Championships in November and the third event is the season-ending NCAA Championships in May.
