The Hurricanes came off the water showing signs of improvement from their race against UCF on March 12th with solid performances from both the novice eight and four.

“The goal this year is to improve with each race and to come off of the water feeling like they raced as hard as they could,” said novice coach Andrea Saathoff  “I think they are starting to find a new level of intensity, which is what part of the novice experience is all about.”

The novices are looking forward to their next race when they travel north to Tampa for the Florida State Championships, on April 8th and 9th.
