Willie Williams Undergoes Surgery

Coral Gables, Fla (www.hurricanesports.com) — – University of Miami freshman linebacker Willie Williams underwent surgery this afternoon to repair a lateral collateral ligament in his right knee. The surgery was performed at Doctors Hospital by Dr. John Uribe.

Williams will start rehabilitation immediately and will be re-evaluated in 8-12 weeks. Williams suffered the injury in practice on Tuesday.
