Miami-Florida State Soccer Match Postponed
Sept. 26, 2004
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – For the second time this season, the University of Miami soccer team’s match with in-state ACC rival Florida State has been postponed due to the inclement weather surrounding the state of Florida.
The Hurricanes and Seminoles were set to square off tomorrow at 7 p.m. at Cobb Stadium, but in lieu of the effects of Hurricane Jeanne, the match has been temporarily postponed.
Miami’s match with FSU was originally scheduled for Sept. 3, but was moved to Sept. 27 due to Hurricane Frances.
Currently, no date make-up date has been set.
The Hurricanes will return to action Wednesday, traveling to the state of South Carolina to take on No. 19 Clemson at 7 p.m.
