Hurricane Swimming and Diving to Face Indian River CC

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami swimming and diving team will travel to Ft. Pierce, Fla. on Saturday to take on Indian River Community College.

The meet will mark Miami’s final dual meet of the season before the BIG EAST Championships on Feb. 18-21 in Uniondale, N.Y.

Miami comes off a meet last weekend that saw junior Katalin Ferenczi (Pa’Pa, Hungary) sweep both backstroke events on the road against Florida Atlantic. Ferenczi took the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 58.30 and the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:03.71.

Saturday’s meet with Indian River is slated to begin at 1 p.m.
