CORAL GABLES, Fla.-The University of Miami women’s basketball team looks to remain undefeated hosting Dartmouth Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Convocation Center.

The Hurricanes enter the contest 7-0 after beating Florida 80-75 Friday night in Coral Gables, Fla.

The Big Green are 3-2 on the season after falling at Hartford 45-42 Saturday night.

Miami is one of 13 teams in the nation that is undefeated. The list includes Arkansas State, Connecticut, De Paul, Idaho, Marshall, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Southern Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Vanderbilt, and Virginia Tech.

This will be the second meeting between Miami and Dartmouth. UM won the first meeting 62-52 during the 1984-85 season.

Tamara James leads the team in scoring with 17.9 points per game. All five Miami starters are averaging in double-digits.

Two Dartmouth starters are averaging double-digits with Elise Morrison leading the team averaging 18.4 points per game.
