3 Hurricanes Named All-Americans by The Sporting News

Coral Gables, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) – Three University of Miami football players were named on The Sporting News magazine’s 2003 All-American Teams announced Wednesday. Tight end Kellen Winslow and safety Sean Taylor earned First Team honors, and linebacker D.J. Williams was named to the Second Team. The honor marks the third first-team honor for both Taylor and Winslow, who appear well on their way to earning Consensus All-America status for this season. The mention was Williams’ first to an All-America team this season.
