Hurricane Club Donor Cards/Gifts Question And Answers

All current Hurricane Club members who have paid all or part of their 2002 donation will soon be receiving their 2002 donor packages from the Hurricane Club. Included in these packages will be the member’s donor card for 2002, 2 Hurricane Club stickers for your car, and additional member gifts:

Commissioner’s Club, Director’s Club, and Silver Canes receive the same as Coaches Club members. Golden Canes and Living Scholars will also receive some information on our Golden Cane trip this year to Tennessee along with information on obtaining another diamond for their pin.

Q: Why does my donor card use my business’s name?

A: We utilize the first line of your mailing address on the donor cards. For instance, if your mail goes to “Bob’s Place of Business, Attn: Bob Smith,” then the donor card will read “Bob’s Place of Business.” If you would like to have your card changed, just mail the old card back to us with your corrections clearly stated and we’ll get a new card to you.

Q: Can I have another card for my kids/husband/wife/etc?

A: Sorry, but we can only permit one donor card per donor account. If we were to allow multiple cards per account it would mean more people would be able to get into the pre-game tailgate party in the East Endzone, meaning longer lines and less room.

Q: I’d like another sticker for my RV/3rd Car/etc…. how do I get more?

A: Just call our offices at 305-284-6699 and let us know. We can send one or two additional stickers, but our supplies are limited.

Q: I was sent the wrong card!!!

A: Our apologies – we sent out over 3,500 of these packets, so mistakes are bound to occur. Just call our offices and we’ll send out a corrected donor card (please let us know whose card you received so we can send to them to).

Q: My friend got a pin (or vanity plate, etc.) but I didn’t – can you send me one?

A: Sorry, but these collectables are given based on your donor level (see above).
