Point to Wing Pass

On the pass from the point to the wing, there is a lateral screen and aflare screen. When 2 has the ball the other 4 people find a buddy to workwith. After the pass, 3 screens for 1 and 5 screens for 4.

*Why does 1 pass to 2 and screen away? Because the toughest screen inbasketball to cover is the screen for the player who just passed the ball.
** A good way to practice this is by playing 4 on 4 and if a team doesn’tscreen for the passer, they lose possession.
