Soccer Travels To Face UCF

CORAL GABLES, Fla.-The University of Miami soccer team plays the first of a three-match road swing Friday at 8 p.m. against Central Florida at the UCF Soccer Arena.

The Hurricanes continue the trip facing the #17 Florida Gators on Sunday, before taking on #7 Florida State Wednesday.

Miami enters the contest 3-0-0 on the young season, the Golden Knights are also undefeated with a record of 2-0-0.

The all-time series is knotted one-all, with the Hurricanes winning the last meeting 4-0 during the 1999 season.

Junior midfielder, Laura West leads Miami with seven points on the season, including three goals scored and one assist.

Goalkeeper Rachel Elsby enters the contest 3-0-0 with 10 saves on the season.
