Hurricanes Announce Men's Basketball Award Winners At Annual Banquet

Coral Gables, FL – The University of Miami men’s basketball team held its annual awards banquet Wednesday at the Biscayne Bay Marriott in Miami, FL. Miami, which recorded its seventh consecutive winning season, finished with an 16-13 overall record, 8-8 in the BIG EAST, and reached the post-season for the fifth consecutive season.
ESPN Basketball analyst Len Elmore, a former NBA star and Harvard Law graduate, was the featured speaker at the banquet.
