Miami Hurricanes Football Practice Report

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) – The third-ranked Miami Hurricanes focused on fundamentals and game planning Thursday afternoon at the Greentree Practice Field as work continued for their showdown with second-ranked Virginia Tech. The Hurricanes host the Hokies Saturday at Noon in a nationally televised game (CBS) with kickoff slated for 12:10 p.m.

“We went at it pretty hard the first couple days this week and decided to ease up on the contact today,” said head coach Butch Davis. “Fundamentals are always a key part of the game and today’s work really focused on that area. We have to do the little things well to be successful in a game of this magnitude.”
