Hurricanes Return Home

CORAL GABLES, FL – The University of Miami Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving teams return home Friday, December 17th at 11:00 a.m. to do battle with Clemson University at Whitten Student Union Pool on the Coral Gables Campus.
The Hurricanes are returning from the Georgia Invitational where both the women’s and men’s squads competed against some of the top teams in the nation.
The Hurricane women have been led this year by senior All-American Amy Lindblom (Milford, CT), senior NCAA qualifier Julie Kemp (Potomac, MD), freshman Elaine Schwartz (Mt. Laurel, NJ), and freshman diver Katie Beth Bryant (Chatham, IL).
The Hurricane men have been led this year by junior Daniel Asencio (Newark, NJ) and sophomores Scott Gentles (Atlanta, GA) and Wesley Stoddard (Huntsville, AL) and senior All-American diver Tyce Routson (Provo, UT).
Following this weekend’s meet vs. Clemson, the Hurricanes will be off until Jan. 6 when they head to Austin, TX for the Texas Diving Invitational.
