Brooke Bradley joined the Hurricanes as assistant coach in January of 2024 after serving in the same capacity at Florida Tech in Melbourne, Fla.
Bradley will work heavily with the Miami goalkeepers, having tended the net at North Texas from 2015-19. As a player with the Mean Green, Bradley accumulated a 17-6-5 mark with 127 saves, 10 shutouts and a two-year stint as team captain. UNT achieved immense success during Bradley’s time there, winning three Conference USA Regular Season Championships and another three tournament titles.
The Houston, Texas, native spent two years as a graduate assistant at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, aiding in a dominant 18-8-1 record in her time there. With TWU, Bradley assisted in team operations, training and travel.
In 2021 she made the jump to Florida, landing at Florida Tech in August of that year. In Melbourne, Bradley and the Panthers went 35-12-15 and 17-7-9 in the Sunshine State Conference, advancing to three league title games, an NCAA Elite 8 and Final Four.
This past year, Florida Tech advanced all the way to the NCAA Division II Final Four, defeating Rollins, Lee, Nova Southeastern and Lenoir-Rhyne en route to the national semifinals. The Florida Tech staff earned coaching staff of the year honors in the region for their performances.
Florida Tech keepers allowed just 0.78 goals per contest in 2023, with keeper Ayana Aoyagi being named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-American First Team for her performance on the pitch and in the classroom. A total of 20 student-athletes earned all-league honors during her three years at Florida Tech, including keeper and offensive player of the year recognition this past season.
Bradley’s experience extends past the collegiate ranks, as she worked with the United States Olympic Development program between 2016-18. During that time and from 2015-21, she also worked with over 600 boys and girls as a position specialist with the North Texas Celtic Football Club. She earned the privilege of working with the Guyana U20 National Team as its goalkeeper coach.
A four-time dean’s list student at North Texas, Bradley was a member of the National Honors Society of Leadership and Success, as well as the Society of Human Resource Management. She would earn her bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and human resource management from North Texas in 2019, along with her master’s of business administration from Texas Woman’s University in 2021.
