The Hurricanes continue to be one of the ACC’s best three-point shooting teams, knocking down an average of 6.5 three pointers per game which ranks fourth among the league.

Miami’s three-point success has come in large part to sophomore Jack McClinton who ranks first in the league in three-point percentage (.440) and three-pointers made per game (2.8). McClinton leads the Hurricanes in scoring (16.3) and also tops the ACC in free throw percentage (.903).

Virginia, who is ranked 24th and 19th in the current AP and ESPN/USA Today polls, respectively, head to Coral Gables winners of nine of their last 10 games.

The Cavaliers boast one of the nations’ best backcourts in junior guard Sean Singletary and junior guard J.R. Reynolds. The duo is currently tied for fourth in the ACC in scoring at 18.4 points per game apiece.
