No. 24 Soccer Set To Face No. 5 Notre Dame

CORAL GABLES, Fla.-The No. 24 Miami soccer team will play host to No. 5 Notre Dame in a BIG EAST cross-divisional match Sunday at 1 p.m. at Cobb Stadium.

The Hurricanes (8-4-0) look to bounce back from the 2-1 loss to Pittsburgh Friday night, while the Fighting Irish (10-1-1) look to continue on the winning path, downing St. John’s 7-0 Friday night.

Junior Laura West (Allen, Texas) continues to lead UM with nine goals and 21 points on the season.

Miami is 0-3 all-time versus Notre Dame and the Fighting Irish have knocked Miami out of the BE tournament for the last two seasons.

All fans in attendance will receive a free poster. In addition to the poster, the first 100 fans attending will receive a free Miami lapel pin.

There will be a post game autograph session following the conclusion of both the Friday and Sunday games.

Tickets can be purchased on game day at Cobb Stadium, or the Hurricane Box Office-$4 for adults, $2 for kids 12 and under.
