Where To Watch/Listen To Miami-Penn State Game

Coral Gables, FLA — www.hurricanesports.com – The second-ranked University of Miami football team begins the 2001 season on Saturday, Sept. 1, at Penn State kickoff is set for 8 p.m.

The Miami-Penn State game will be televised nationally by ABC Sports (WPLG, Ch. 10, in Miami). Brad Nessler will handle the play-by-play call, with Bob Griese the color analyst and Lynn Swann will head up the sideline reporting.

Hurricanes fans in the Greater Miami area can hear the game on radio via WPOW-Power 96.5 FM. Coverage begins at 7 p.m. with the Hurricanes Game Day pre-game show, followed by the game at 8 p.m. The Spanish Broadcasting Network also will air coverage beginning at 7:50 p.m. on WACC 830 AM.
