2025 NFL Draft Central

The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off from venerable Lambeau Field on Thursday, April 24, at 8 p.m. It will be televised on ESPN, ABC and NFL Network. Round 1 is Thursday, Rounds 2-3 are Friday and the draft wraps up Saturday with Rounds 4-7.

The Canes have produced 363 all-time draft selections — most in the ACC — including 66 first-round picks. Quarterback Cam Ward became that 66th first rounder Thursday night when the Tennessee Titans took him first overall. Ward became the third Miami player selected with the top overall pick, joining quarterback Vinny Testaverde (Tampa Bay, 1987) and defensive tackle Russell Maryland (Dallas, 1990).

We will continue to update our Draft Central page through all seven rounds.

Cam Ward begins a new chapter in Nashville as he's selected number one overall by the Titans in the 2025 NFL Draft.

2025 CANES DRAFT PROSPECTS

“He reminds me of Patrick, he remind me of Mahomes with how he can be unconventional, throw the football from all different kinds of weird angles, and then just put a bunch of horsepower on it when he needs to. If someone was telling me hey, that’s maybe what you’re getting, I’d be pretty damn excited.”
