Alexis Abruzzo currently serves as the Academic Advisor for Women’s Basketball, Soccer, Swim and Dive and Volleyball, joining Miami in October 2024. Prior to arriving at the University of Miami, Abruzzo worked at Kansas State University with Football in the same capacity.
Abruzzo earned her M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University in 2024 and served as the Graduate Assistant for Student-Athlete Services while at BGSU. In her second year, she served as the lead academic coordinator for Baseball, Ice Hockey, Gymnastics, Men’s Soccer, Tennis, and Swim and Dive.
A native of Sugar Grove, IL, Abruzzo completed her B.A. in Public Relations at Taylor University in Upland, IN where she also competed on the softball team.
