High School: As a senior, was captain of the football team at Jupiter High School under head coach Charlie Persson … Also played basketball and was a member of the track & field team.

Personal: Son of Cesar and Luz Castillo…has one sister, Yerissa…father played professional basketball for the Dominican Republic…chose Florida Tech for the great academics and to be close to his family…post-grad goals include playing football professionally or attending medical school to become a sports medicine doctor…admires parents for giving him the opportunity to be born in this country and have a fulfilling life.
