HIGH SCHOOL: Stranahan…Four-year letterman in football and baseball…Played left tackle during freshman and sophomore years, left guard as a junior, and center as a senior…Also played defensive tackle all four years…Named Offensive Linemen of the Year in 2002, 2003 and 2004, and was team captain as a junior and senior…Won the coach’s award as a senior…Started at center in the Broward North vs. South All-Star game and in the Dade vs. Broward All-Star game…Coached by Vince Schiavo (freshman and sophomore) and Keith Skinner (junior and senior).
