2018 Outdoor: Finished second at the Hurricane Invitational in the men’s 5000m… Climbed into second place on Miami’s all-time Top 5 in the 5000m with a time of 14:35.70 at the Florida Relays… Won the men’s 5000m at the Hurricane Alumni Meet with a time of 15:01.82… Ran a career-best time of 30:23.21 at the Virginia Challenge, the second-best time at UM… 

2018 Indoor: Placed fifth in the mile at the UAB Blazer Invitational with a time of 4:16.99 that ranks fifth all-time in UM history…Finished fourth in the 3000m at the UAB Invitational with a time of 8:49.78…Won the 3000m at the Red Raider Open with a time of 8:44.54…Finished 10^th in the 5000m at the Power 5 Invitational with a time of 14:30.33 that ranks second in school history…won the men’s unseeded 5000m at the ACC Indoor Championships with a personal-best time of 14:23.45 to solidify his second place in UM history…placed 17^th in section 1 and 32^nd overall of the 3,000-meter run at the ACC Indoor Championships with a personal-best time of 8:36.73.

2017 Cross Country: Won the FAU Invitational men’s 5000m with a time of 15:18…Placed fourth overall at the Mountain Dew Invitational men’s 8000m with a time of 25:04, a time that ranks fifth all-time in UM history…Improved his personal-best 8000m time at the Greater Louisville Classic, running 24:49.97 that moves him to 4th on the all-time list…Added another victory to his resume at the USF Invitational running a time of 25:36.4…Set the school record in the men’s 8K at the ACC Championships with a personal-best time of 24:09.2…Placed 29th at the 2017 NCAA South Region Cross Country meet running a time of 31:54.
