AS A JUNIOR (2006):Ran the second leg of the Distance Medley Relay that established a UM record (11:46.22) during the indoor season…member of the 4×400-meter relay that won the Florida Intercollegiate title…ran opening leg of the 4×400-meter relay that won the Pepsi Invitational title.

AS SETON HALL (2002-03): Competed two seasons at Seton Hall…member of the 2002 BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Champion 4×400-meter relay…placed fifth in the 400-meters at the 2002 BIG EAST Indoor Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2000 and 2001 Delaware News Journal Female Track Athlete of the Year…State MVP during indoor and outdoor seasons in both 2000 and 2001…State Champion in the 100-meters and 400-meters at the 2001 Delaware State Track and Field Championships…swept the 100-meters, 200-meters and 400-meters at the 2001 Delaware Meet of Champions…captured the state title in the 100-meters as a sophomore, junior and senior…member of the Delaware state record holding 4×200-meter (1:40.44) relays…state indoor record holder in the 55-meters (7.01) and 60-meters (7.50)…2000 and 2001 Delaware Gatorade Female Athlete of the Year…indoor All-State selection in the 55-meters and 200-meters in both 2000 and 2001…outdoor All-State selection in the 100-meters, 200-meters and 400-meters during the 2000 and 2001 seasons…2000 High School All-American in the indoor 60-meters and outdoor 100-meters…2001 High School All-American in the indoor 60-meters and 200-meters…coached by David Jones and Charles Michaels.
