2006 (FRESHMAN): Played in six games, starting the final regular-season game against Boston College and most of the game before that at Virginia. Played both left and right tackle…Saw his first collegiate action as a reserve left tackle in the second half vs. Florida State…Played against Louisville, North Carolina and Maryland…Took over at left tackle in the second quarter at Virginia after Jason Fox dislocated his elbow, then made his first start at right tackle a week later vs. Boston College, playing the entire game…Did not play the bowl game.
