At Miami: Junior College transfer from Independence (KS) Community College… has sophomore eligibility… an excellent shooter who will look to improve the Hurricanes’ perimeter game… has deadly three-point range with a soft touch… knowledgeable in all aspects of the game both offensively and defensively… selected Miami because it was a strong basketball program close to home… signed a letter of intent to attend UM in August of 1997.

At Community College: Independence (KS) Community College… selected to Jayhawk All-Conference team after averaging 16 ppg at the shooting guard position last season… shot 85 percent from the line and connected on 106 three-pointers in leading his team to a 24-8 record… redshirted his freshman year… majored in General Studies… coached by Mike Kruszynski

High School: St. Thomas Aquinas… averaged 20 points and four assists at the shooting guard position… coached by Jim Baxter… graduated in 1995.
